Client books are kept in Kick. Agencies that use QuickBooks Online can stay on QuickBooks Online. Each month includes bank and credit card reconciliation, transaction categorization, a profit and loss, and a balance sheet. New clients get a chart of accounts built for a State Farm agency.
Year-end work includes an income breakout from Agency Comp reports, ready for the agency's CPA.
Payroll journal entries are matched to payroll reports. Trident does not run payroll.
Trident keeps the monthly books and the financial reports. The agency's CPA prepares and files the tax return. At year end, the CPA receives a clean file.
Multi-location agencies can be reported by office. Trident does not sell insurance and does not prepare or file tax returns.
