Trident Bookkeeping Solutions runs this website at trident-bs.com. We are based in Woodstock, GA. This page describes what the site itself does with information. We never sell personal information.

Contact forms

This website does not include a contact form. There is no Netlify Form and no other form that collects your email or other details on these pages. To reach us, email ryan@trident-bs.com or use the booking link or chat described below.

Booking a call

“Book a Call” and similar buttons are links to Cal.com (cal.com/ryanharwell/trident-consult). The scheduler is not embedded on this site. If you book a time there, you leave our pages and Cal.com collects what you enter, such as your name, email, and the time you choose, under its own privacy policy. We use that information to hold the call and follow up with you.

Live chat

Most pages load a Tawk.to chat widget from embed.tawk.to. If you open the chat, what you type is sent to Tawk.to and to us so we can reply. Tawk.to also receives technical details such as your IP address, and it may set cookies or store a chat identifier in your browser so the conversation can continue. You can ignore the chat; it is not required to use the site.

Analytics

Every page loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-6756BPTNY8) from googletagmanager.com. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart and to record which pages are opened. We use those reports to see how the site is used. We do not sell that information.

Fonts

Pages load the Inter and DM Serif Display typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser sends that request to Google, including your IP address, so the fonts can load. We do not set our own cookies for fonts.

Reviews

Quotes and the “5.0 on Google” line are written into the page. They are not loaded from an embedded review widget, so viewing them does not send your information to a review service.

Cookies and browser storage

Our own script (app.js) does not set cookies and does not use local storage or session storage. Cookies and similar storage on this site come from Google Analytics and, on pages that include the chat, from Tawk.to. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Analytics and the chat may not work the same way if you do.

Client financial information

Client financial data shared during engagements is kept confidential and used only to provide bookkeeping services. We never sell personal information.
